Course #1: Introduction to Resilience
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
• Define resilience: its attributes and competencies
• Recognize the benefits of realizing and accepting what we cannot change
• Learn the importance of mastering self-awareness

Course #2: “Understanding and Managing Emotions”
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
• Understand the nature of the emotions and its impact on our spiritual and physical well-being.
• Reflex and recognize the difference between perceptions, judgment and reality.
• Utilize self-awareness techniques to recognize and manage emotions in a healthy manner.

Course #3: “How to Modify our Attitude”
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
• Understand what is attitude, how it is developed and impacted.
• Recognize the fundamental “filters” that generates a specific attitude.
• Develop the path to clean our “filters”.

Course #4: “Identifying our Limiting Beliefs”
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
• Identify self paradigms and limiting beliefs that hinder our spiritual growth.
• Recognize when a personal strength can become a fatal enemy.
• Learn how to modify existing patterns of behaviors to achieve total success.

Course #5: “Accepting Others – Accepting Myself”
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
• Understand the beauty of diversity: what makes people different
• Recognize the importance of flexibility to adapt and have healthy relations.
• Recognize the importance of loving ourselves first in order to love others.

Course Description
The workshop will provide the participants the opportunity to understand the importance of develop and maintain a healthy relationship within themselves thus accepting and managing emotions as part of a resilience journey. As we guide and inspire the participant on understanding the importance of self-awareness and empowerment, the awakening process will emerge as part of God given mercy and peaceful purpose.

Objectives

At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:
